Roger Heinz
Growing up in his family’s landscape business in North Florida, Roger knew from a young age that he had a passion for creating beautiful properties as well as a heart for entrepreneurship. Roger attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on a football scholarship. Post college, Roger went to work for one of the world’s largest construction supply companies. Regularly recognized as a top salesman, he was responsible for successfully growing a multi-million dollar territory in Washington, D.C. where he had the privilege of partnering with his clients on some of the largest projects for our nation’s capital. After spending eight years in Washington, D.C., Roger moved his family back to Florida and took on the role as Vice President of Sales for an international software company. The experience of traveling around the world and seeing the architecture of many of the world’s most famous buildings inspired him to revisit his dream of creating beautiful properties here in his home state. He and his wife, Susan, founded The Heinz Group to make that dream a reality.
